"Blood Sweat Drum n' Bass" concert

Blood Sweat Drum n' Bass
concert 20th of September

Tuesday evening Performers House had a visit of some dear friends, a Big Band called Blood Sweat Drum n' Bass. They have used our big stage to practice with their band and on tuesday they returned the favor by performing a free concert for all of the students from Performers House.

The feeling you got when you walked into the Big Stage that Tuesday, was amazing. You could feel the energy from all of the artists, you could tell immediately that these people are true artists. They live for their music, and their creativity. When the music began, people were blown away by their abilities in working together. The band present itself as being a classical orchestra but the sound was also fused with contemporary electronic music. Which gave the experience a completely different twist and made the performance a lot more exciting than expected. The songs were sung and played beautifully. What made the experience even better was that sometimes some of the artists got in the front of the stage and performed a duet or a solo. One of these performances were made by two saxophonists who made a very entertaining duet where they interacted with sounds and attitudes as two birds in a very typical Jazzy and comic way. In the end they were playing some new tracks from their new CD, called “ASI NISI MASA”, with incredible sound and beautiful vocals.

All in all, a perfect concert, a roller coaster of feelings.
